Once Hostflow is installed and you open it in your browser for the first time, you'll be guided through a short setup wizard before you can access the admin dashboard.
Create the primary administrator account for your Hostflow instance. This account will have full access to all settings, billing configuration, and user management.
Enter your Hostflow license key to activate your instance. See Licensing & Activation for details on where to find your key.
Enter your business details (business name, contact information, and related settings). This information is used throughout Hostflow, including on customer-facing pages generated by the built-in website builder.
Once these three steps are complete, you'll be taken directly to your Admin Home Page, where you can begin configuring billing, connecting Stripe, and setting up your hosting business.
Stripe credentials are not required during setup — you can connect Stripe later once you're ready to start billing customers.
