Hostflow uses Stripe to handle billing and payments. Stripe is not configured during initial setup — you'll connect it afterward from the Admin Panel, once your instance is up and running.
From the Admin Panel, go to:
Config → Billing & Revenue → Payment Gateways
This is where you'll enter your Stripe credentials and connect your account.
All three are entered manually — Hostflow does not use Stripe Connect/OAuth, so you'll need to retrieve these directly from your Stripe Dashboard.
Stripe webhooks must be registered manually in your Stripe Dashboard:
Without a correctly configured webhook, Hostflow won't receive payment events from Stripe, and usage-based billing calculations won't run.
After entering your credentials, use a test transaction to confirm Hostflow is receiving and processing Stripe events correctly before going live with real customers.
Once Stripe is connected, head to Scheduler & Queue Workers to make sure billing calculations and background jobs are running properly.
